Core Tools is a collective name for several established methods and working methods for improvement, streamlining and reduction of losses in processes. We train you and can examine your management system to ensure processes for the use of Core Tools. Quality requires competence.
Monitoring of project status and ensuring that all tasks required in a project are completed in a timely manner in relation to the level of risk, leads to less work after project completion and handover to production (PPAP/VDA 2). THAT’S Maturity Level, MLA. Quality requires competence.
