Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation later than four weeks before the first day of the arrangement, the customer shall replace the supplier with part of the value of the order as shown below.
In the event of cancellation of part of the order, the compensation shall relate to the cancellation part. · Cancellation of all or part of the event later than 4 weeks before the first day of the event will be charged 50% of the value of the order.
Cancellation of all or part of the event later than 2 weeks before the first day of the event will be charged 75% of the value of the order.
· Cancellation of all or part of the event later than 1 week before the first day of the event will be charged 100% of the value of the order.
