Internal Audits IATF 16949
Conducting internal audits according to the requirements and approaches of IATF 16949 is a powerful way to audit your business. The combination of process vision with the requirements of IATF 16949 together with the P–D–C–A found in ISO 19011 together forms a unit of knowledge that you will benefit greatly from if you have a role in working with internal audits or supplier assessments in companies with series production, whether for the automotive industry or for another industry.
In this three–day training, we cover the requirements of IATF 16949. We then use the ”Turtle Approach” approach to learn process thinking and then practice the various elements included in ISO 19011 in an audit context. The course consists largely of practical exercises and our trainers are all experienced so–called third-party auditors for IATF 16949 and have extensive experience from audit situations.
